DENVER—The building that houses the Colorado Supreme Court in downtown Denver is reopening after crews repaired a leaking sewage line.

The state Judicial Building was closed Monday. Court officials say the leak wasn’t serious but the repairs required the water to be shut off. About 100 employees were sent home.

The building reopened Tuesday morning.

The state Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court Law Library are also housed in the building.

The Supreme Court is in recess. The Court of Appeals was to hear oral arguments in two insurance cases Monday. Those arguments will be rescheduled.
