“It’s ridiculously expensive if you go with private insurance. I was in the hospital in May. About once a year maybe, I’ll suffer pretty massive kidney stones. I think the total bill came out to $7,200. I filed for the (Colorado) Indigent Care Program. The total bill ended up being $155.
