CHEYENNE — Health care will be the topic as Sen. Mike Enzi gives the Republicans’ weekly national address Saturday.
Enzi plans to talk about the need for reforms that will lower health care costs without increasing the federal deficit. He has said that health care reform is one of the biggest issues of our time, but the reforms advocated by Democrats would increase costs.
Enzi is Wyoming’s senior senator and a member of the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions. He’s one of six senators who have had a key part in discussions over health care reform. The Associated Press
