David Bowden, executive director of the Association for the Study of Peak Oil & Gas, will lecture at Clean Energy Action’s speaker series at 6:30 p.m. today at Boulder’s St. John’s Episcopal Church, 1419 Pine St.
The association’s website describes it as a network of scientists interested “in determining the date and impact of the peak and decline of the world’s production of oil and gas due to resource constraints.”
