packed the on Saturday with a crowd decked out in ’80s attire, big hair and tight clothes. Brighton-based openers , despite not having played together in a few years, inspired the crowd with their guitar-heavy rock. (Apparently they were asked to reunite just for this show.)

Tesla played for a good two hours. Singer Jeff Keith sounded fresh, effortlessly mixing new songs and old. “Love Song” was a huge crowd pleaser, lighters and cell phone popping out during the song. In spite of technical problems — the microphones cut out three times — the band was able to keep the crowd engaged with solos, humor and a few trinkets thrown out to the crowd.
