SAN FRANCISCO — Jaycee Lee Dugard is likely to testify in the criminal trial of Phillip Garrido, the man accused of kidnapping her and holding her captive for years, her attorney said.
“I think she very clearly understands that some very bad and terrible things were done to her, and the people that committed those crimes need to be held accountable, and her participation with law enforcement is essential for that to happen,” McGregor Scott told CBS News.
