LINCOLN, Neb.—Coach Bo Pelini says his Huskers are ready to play Louisiana-Lafayette Saturday in Lincoln, thanks to a good week of practice.
He says the team will give fans a reason to celebrate at the end of the 300th consecutive sellout game at Memorial Stadium.
After practice Thursday, Pelini said starting left tackle Mike Smith was back on the field after some time off for an ankle problem.
