Only in the figurative sense, thank goodness, when the men — and lone woman — whose pictures grace the 2010 Colorado Firefighter Calendar showed up at Denver’s City Hall Event Center for a party to celebrate the document’s release.

The calendar sells for $15, with proceeds going to The Children’s Hospital Burn Center. Copies are available at the Tattered Cover LoDo, the Denver Firefighters Museum or by visiting .

Denver firefighter Molly (Ms. June) says: “I am uncomfortable with the idea of heroics. I am proud and grateful for the opportunity to do what is really just my job.”

Coming right up.
