NorthMarq Real Estate Services announced that it completed the purchase of Opus Property Services LLC on Wednesday and it became effective Thursday.
Opus Property Services’ 125 employees become NorthMarq employees, and contracts to manage 170 properties in 22 markets are now held by NorthMarq. In the Denver area, those properties total nearly 1 million square feet.
