GRAND JUNCTION, Colo.—A judge has scheduled a trial for a Grand Junction man charged with killing his 13-year-old son after three mental evaluations reached different conclusions.
Fifty-two-year-old Allen Grabe will go on trial March 22 on a first-degree murder charge in the 2008 shooting death of Jacob Grabe. A judge set the trial date on Wednesday.
