NEW YORK — New York City’s famed Tavern on the Green restaurant is at the center of a legal battle over who owns its name. In separate filings this week in a Manhattan federal bankruptcy court, the city and the Central Park restaurant’s current owner each claim ownership of a name that has been valued at $19 million.
