Ball Corp. announced Wednesday that chief operating officer John A. Hayes will become president in 2010. He also will join the board of directors and will retain his current position.
The Broomfield-based company also announced other senior management changes:
• Raymond J. Seabrook, executive vice president and chief financial officer since 2006, becomes executive vice president and COO of global packaging operations.
• Scott Morrison, vice president and treasurer since 2002, becomes senior vice president and chief financial officer.
