A suspicious death in Aspen last week was an accidental death, police there said Monday.
A second autopsy of Cheryl Ann Lurie done Friday indicated that a sprinkler head near where her body was found caused her fatal head injury. The sprinkler was “a near perfect match to the physical evidence,” police said.
