Christian Living Communities has started a $30 million expansion at its Clermont Park Retirement Community with the addition of 74 apartments and a town center.
When complete, the community in University Hills in southeast Denver will feature residential living, assisted living, memory support, and skilled nursing and rehabilitative services.
Clermont Park’s information center, at 4201 E. Yale Ave., Suite 130, features a model kitchen and bathroom. Reservations for the apartments will be accepted in the spring.
