It’s hard to imagine a better list of attractions than the ones you’ll find clustered around six luxury brownstone models you can tour in the heart of Greenwood Village today…all reduced from the $5s and $6s to $450,000. They’re in the Denver Tech Center–walking distance to a dozen good restaurants and taverns; and to Light Rail trains that zip into downtown’s theater district and sports attractions. They have Colorado Athletic Club across the street…a park-trail system nearby…and are served by Cherry Creek Schools.
And if you happen to work in the Tech Center, you can probably walk to work from Georgetown DTC…an enclave of handsome, brownstone-style plans that show big, attractive entertaining areas; upscale detailing and finishes; and something that you may not find on a brownstone downtown, even one priced at twice what these six are….
Each has a private two-car attached garage. “These have all of the advantages of urban living and none of the hassles,” says Realtor Ali Van Westenberg, who along with Jill Pursell is marketing Georgetown DTC for Coldwell Banker Previews. Pursell adds that a few homes have rooftop decks…big outdoor living spaces that are engineered and plumbed to take a hot tub.
Meanwhile, the developer has an additional $15,000 credit now for qualified purchasers, that can be taken as six months of no payment whatsoever…even for the HOA fee. The lender, who’ll be on hand today to show you how that works, notes that the offer can be changed.
“You never know when the bottom of the market is until it has passed,” says Van Westenberg. “But it’s hard to imagine a clearer situation than this one, in a location with so much going for it.”
She adds that two of the six homes are main-floor master suite plans (You can tour both today during your visit). There’s also a “Dover” 3-bedroom plan that was originally priced at around $600,000, with the rooftop deck included…as well as a “Williamsburg,” 2,337 square feet, with three bedrooms and a garden-level bonus room…and a “Cambridge,” four bedrooms…or three and an office.
These are “real” townhomes, by the way, not condos; they own the ground below, and all have the 2-car garage. From I-25, take Belleview east a block to DTC Pkwy, turn right and continue past Prentice.
