It’s hard to imagine a better list of attractions than the ones you’ll find clustered around six luxury brownstone models you can tour in the heart of Greenwood Village today…all reduced from the $5s and $6s to $450,000. They’re in the Denver Tech Center–walking distance to a dozen good restaurants and taverns; and to Light Rail trains that zip into downtown’s theater district and sports attractions. “You never know when the bottom of the market is until it has passed,” says Van Westenberg. “But it’s hard to imagine a clearer situation than this one, in a location with so much going for it.”
