In case you’ve been waiting to reach for a plan with two bedrooms and two baths and have found prices daunting, 100 Park will show you a Utopia: from 1,450 to 1,500 square feet, plus a corner view from an entertainment sized, covered balcony. They’re priced, with the close-out discount, from $421,900. Take 19th Avenue east from downtown to Pearl Street, then turn north a block to 20th and watch for the guest parking.
