CASPER, Wyo. — A former Natrona County reserve deputy who police say set up secret recording devices and videotaped couples having sex in an Evansville home faces felony charges.
Alan Brooks, 65, of Casper was charged Friday in Natrona County District Court with one count of intercepting electronic communications and six counts of voyeurism.
Police said Brooks was the manager or landlord of the property and spent the past four years videotaping its residents.
