WASHINGTON — President Barack Obama will deliver his first State of the Union address Jan. 27. Obama will address a joint session of Congress, beginning at 7 p.m. MST. White House press secretary Robert Gibbs said Monday that the speech would be broadcast live on national TV and streamed on the White House website.
