COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.—Sixty balloons filled with heroin have been seized in a Colorado Springs drug bust.
Police were tipped to a possible drug deal on Sunday afternoon. When authorities spotted the car described by a tipster, they pulled it over and searched the car.
Inside the car officers found 60 balloons containing heroin. Two people were arrested, Carlos Castaneda and Sandra Lewis.
