The terms of the settlement weren’t disclosed. U.S. District Judge John L. Kane in Denver signed an order Jan. 19 dismissing the case.
Sypris Solutions Inc., a technology-outsourcing company in Louisville, Ky., sued last Feb. 2. Ultimate Escapes chief executive James Tousignant and John A. Chanin, a lawyer for Sypris at Lindquist & Vennum PLLP in Denver, declined to comment.
