A body was found this morning in Washington Park in Denver.
A passerby found the body at about 7 a.m. and went to a nearby firehouse to summon help, said Sonny Jackson, a Denver Police Department spokesman.
The death “does not appear to be suspicious in nature,” Jackson said.
The body was found near East Virginia Avenue and South Downing Street.
