LONGMONT, Colo.—Herbert Marant will continue to serve a life sentence for conspiring to kill his ex-wife in Longmont in 1981.
Mary Ann Bryan was killed outside a Longmont pharmacy. Marant was convicted of hiring Robert “Tattoo Bob” Landry to kill Bryan after she won a custody battle for their daughter.
This is the fourth time the board has denied Marant parole. He can appeal again in 2013.
