HUSKER TICKETS QUESTIONED

LINCOLN—Nebraska Auditor Mike Foley says a number of state agencies are accepting Husker sports tickets as part of advertising contracts and aren’t keeping track of who uses the tickets. Foley said Wednesday that more than 2,500 tickets to University of Nebraska-Lincoln sporting events were provided to state agencies, boards or other entities as part of Husker Sports Network deals. The tickets included football skybox passes valued at more than $500 apiece. By Josh Funk.
