GREELEY, Colo.—Developers are marketing 23 parcels of land, including a golf course, in northern Colorado cities in a deal worth $177 million.

Craig Harrison of Harrison Resource Corp. said the move to sell the parcels in one 5,000-acre block comes after local banks stopped lending on smaller parcels of land in the $5 million to $20 million range.

Land in the package is located in Berthoud, Fort Collins, Greeley, Johnstown, Loveland, Mead, Severance, Timnath and Windsor.

The package includes land in three active subdivisions, Highlands Meadow Golf Club in Windsor, and 14 commercial projects. Some land includes water rights.
