DENVER—President Barack Obama has left Denver after attending two fundraising events for U.S. Sen. Michael Bennet.

Obama praised Bennet during his visit Thursday, calling him an “agent of change” who knows how to make the private sector work.

Bennet is facing a primary challenge from former Colorado House Speaker Andrew Romanoff.

Obama now heads to Las Vegas to stump for Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid at a private, million-dollar fundraiser for the Democratic National Committee.
