Thornton police on Friday arrested two men and a woman on suspicion of beating and killing a 16-year-old boy after a party early Monday morning.
Arrested on suspicion of first-degree murder are Antonio Rios, 19; Adrian Ray Quintana, 22; and Lakiesha Vigil, 20; all of Thornton.
They are being investigated for the death of Nathan Bozonier, who was hit by a car, then dragged, around 1:30 a.m. on Monday. According to Bozonier’s brother, the occupants of the car then got out and beat Nathan with a baseball bat, killing him.
Police on Friday said the incident occurred shortly after a party. Bozonier was killed in the 2000 block of Dichter Court, about a block away from the party.
Police said the fight appears to have been between two rival gangs. But they added there is no confirmation that the victim was a gang member.
