The body of a 59-year-old Colorado Springs woman missing since Monday was found Saturday, apparently the victim of a car accident near Cripple Creek.
Mary Hucks’ Nissan Altima was found at the bottom of a deep embankment off Colorado Highway 67 near Cripple Creek, according to the Colorado State Patrol.
The cause of the crash has not been determined.
Officials previously had said her bank card was last used in Cripple Creek on Monday night. Hucks was last seen at work at Parkmoor Village Nursing Home in Colorado Springs Monday.
Hucks’ family told the Colorado Springs Gazette she enjoyed playing the slot machines at Cripple Creek.
