COLORADO SPRINGS — The body of a 59-year-old Colorado Springs woman missing since Feb. 22 was found Saturday, apparently the victim of a car accident near Cripple Creek.
Mary Hucks’ Nissan Altima was found at the bottom of a deep embankment off Colorado 67 near Cripple Creek, according to the Colorado State Patrol.
The cause of the crash has not been determined.
Officials previously had said her bank card was last used in Cripple Creek on the night of Feb. 22. Hucks was last seen at work at Parkmoor Village Nursing Home in Colorado Springs that day.
