A 38-year-old Pennsylvania woman has been indicted by the federal grand jury in Denver for interstate stalking of a Denver woman who she allegedly showered with obscene calls and threats of physical harm.

Kristin Leigh Hall was arrested last week and is being held in Pittsburgh .

According to the indictment, between July 2009 and February of this year, Hall stalked the woman and her family by phone and e-mail.

On Dec. 31, Hall allegedly phoned the victim from Pennsylvania and told the woman she’d “show up at your place with a crowbar.”

“I mean, I’m not going to kill you or anything, but a little assault and battery charge won’t do anything for me,” Hall allegedly said.

On Jan. 10, Hall allegedly e-mailed the victim and told her that she was going to “pepper spray u”

On Jan. 15, Hall allegedly sent an e-mail to the victim and told her she was going to stun her, rip her clothes off and post pictures of her on YouTube.

Hall is accused of interstate stalking, and three counts of interstate communications to threaten.

If convicted, Hall faces a maximum of five years in prison and a $250,000 fine for each of the four counts of the indictment.

The case was investigated by the FBI.
