DENVER—Drivers will be pushing through more snow on their evening commute.
The National Weather Service say about five and a half inches have fallen in Denver with one or two more inches reported in the suburbs.
In the mountains, more than a foot has fallen, with the most in Genese with 18.5 inches. Rocky Mountain National Park reported 16 inches near Bear Lake as of 4 p.m. Friday.
Winter storm warnings are in effect through 6 a.m. Saturday for cities including Aspen and Vail, with up to 18 inches of snow possible.
