LOVELAND — A Loveland dog breeder has lost her license after state inspectors found that several Bernese mountain dog puppies froze to death at her facility.
The Colorado Department of Agriculture said the license revocation means dog breeder Storm Cloudin can’t keep more than 15 dogs at her Blue Wolf Ranch property south of Loveland.
State animal inspectors said they discovered the frozen puppies Feb. 10. Cloudin maintains that she had been unaware a new litter of puppies had been born.
Cloudin said she is capable of taking care of her animals.
