CASTLE ROCK — Warren Emery Worthington was sentenced to life without parole Tuesday in Douglas County District Court for killing the owner of a realty office.
Henry Blair’s body was found in January 2008 in a dirt lot near Interstate 25 and Happy Canyon Road. He died of multiple stab wounds and also was run over.
Worthington, 47, owned and operated an automotive detail and paint business but was evicted from the Denver location in December 2007 because of unpaid rent. Blair, 61, who ran a real estate business from his home in Castle Pines North, acted as an agent in Worthington’s lease at his new Denver shop location.
