A 39-year-old mother in El Paso County faces charges in the death of her 3-year-old son.
Michelle Dosdall will be charged with second-degree murder, the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release Thursday. She is expected to turn herself in at the El Paso County Jail today, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
An autopsy found that Tristan Dosdall died Wednesday from blunt force trauma to his head.
