MIAMI — Rudolph Giuliani showed again on Monday that for him, politics is personal. Two years after Gov. Charlie Crist of Florida passed over him to endorse Sen. John McCain for president, Giuliani supported Marco Rubio instead of Crist for the Republican nomination for Florida’s open Senate seat.
