WASHINGTON — Amid growing concern over Michael Steele’s stewardship of the Republican National Committee, a New Hampshire activist, committeeman Sean Mahoney, resigned his seat Tuesday, citing an “out-of-touch, free-spending culture of Washington” within the party.
