Carbondale athlete Cindy Jones often snacks on frozen fruit before or during her training runs and bicycle rides. Now she’s betting her snacks have market appeal. Her company, Healthy Handfuls, is packaging small amounts of frozen berries, Colorado cherries, pineapple and mango in individual servings.
