With mud season in full swing in the high country, it’s prime time to hunker down and live the vicarious dream at this weekend’s 5Point Film Festival in Carbondale. Starting Thursday, about 30 adventure sports films will share unforgettable stories of the outdoors as they transport viewers to all corners of the world. Many of the films’ directors, producers and stars will be on hand to discuss their inspiration.
