The Parker Police Department had multiple people in custody after a woman was shot in the parking lot of a Best Buy, 11267 S. Pikes Peak Drive, just after 3 p.m.
The woman was taken to the hospital with a gunshot wound.
She had successful surgery and is expected to survive, said Doreen Jokerst, spokeswoman for Parker police.
The incident was not random, police said.
