DENVER—A 47-year-old Denver man is under arrest in the fatal shooting of his mother.
The body of the elderly woman was found Friday morning when Denver police responded to a home on Tamarac Street after receiving an assault report.
Police say that the victim’s son, Michael Ciacio, was taken into custody following an investigation by homicide detectives.
The victim’s identity was not immediately released.
