Members of Denver rock band the Fray reached a settlement with their former manager over a dispute involving the group’s songwriting and publishing income, according to federal court records.

The details of the Fray’s settlement with former manager Greg Latterman were not disclosed in the U.S. District Court filings, and a formal motion to dismiss the case has not been filed.

The Fray accused Latterman of having a secret side deal with a music publishing company that left him millions from the group’s songwriting royalties.

Latterman countersued the Fray, alleging that the members owed him $750,000 for commission and other expenses and that the band was trying to get out of a contract with him now that it has achieved international success.

The settlement comes almost three weeks after a magistrate judge ruled the manager could argue at trial that the band’s attorney was aware of the terms of the deal and did not question the contract.
