COMMERCE CITY — Police have arrested a 36-year- old man in connection with a barn fire that killed 12 horses, several chickens and a goat this month. Commerce City police arrested Narciso Amaya-Bustillos on Saturday.
Adams County District Attorney Don Quick said Amaya-Bustillos had argued with the stable’s owners the day of the fire.
Amaya-Bustillos is being held on charges of first-degree arson, criminal mischief and cruelty to animals.
