ROCHESTER, Minn. — Guinness World Records has recognized a Minnesotan as the tallest man in the United States.
Guinness officials measured Igor Vovkovinskiy, 27, at 7 feet, 8.33 inches tall on Monday during NBC’s “The Dr. Oz Show.”
