Littleton police on Friday arrested a 61-year-old man they say arranged to meet someone he thought was a 13-year-old girl.
Steven Douglas Rogers faces charges of Internet luring of a child and Internet exploitation of a child.
Police say the investigation began in March.
A detective posing as a girl received sexually explicit messages in a chat room and pictures of a man exposing himself using a webcam.
