The FBI says a man in his early 20s robbed the Bank of the West at 2050 S. Downing St. in Denver on Wednesday afternoon, possibly for a second time.
As a result, the agency dubbed the suspect the “Perennial Bandit,” because the first holdup was almost one year ago, June 11, 2009.
He is described as a white male, about 22 years old, about 5 feet 10 inches tall and 175 pounds with blond, buzz-cut hair.
