SALT LAKE CITY — A new purported will from deceased actor Gary Coleman has surfaced that could complicate the settling of his estate.

The Salt Lake Tribune said the will filed with 4th District Court in Provo on Friday names Anna Gray as the beneficiary to his estate. Gray reportedly headed a company started by Coleman. The paper said that if the will, dated Feb. 5, 2005, is valid, it supersedes the 1999 will already entered for probate by the actor’s former manager, Dion Mial.

The star of the 1970s sitcom “Diff’rent Strokes” died May 28 after suffering a brain hemorrhage.

His ex-wife, Shannon Price, filed court papers that she be named executor, and they included a 2007 note with Coleman’s signature that is intended to amend any earlier wills and name Price as the sole heir. The Associated Press
