Once again this month, Denver-Boulder radio listeners showed their preference for Miley Cyrus and Colbie Caillat, light rock and KOSI-FM.
In the April Arbitron people meter rankings, released Wednesday, adult-contemporary formatted KOSI was the top ranked station in the market.
KOSI was followed by country kingpin KYGO and Mexican station KXPK, which tied for No. 2.
Entercom’s KOSI topped the market with a 7.4 share, the same as in March. Lincoln Financial Group’s KYGO and Entravision’s KXPK had 5.6 shares each.
Following, in order, were Lincoln Financial’s KQKS playing rhythmic hits (5.1 share); Clear Channel’s KOA news-talk (5.0); Clear Channel’s KXKL and KBCO, (both 4.6 share); Entercom’s KALC modern adult contemporary (4.1); Clear Channel’s KRFX classic rock (4.0); and Public Broadcasting of Colorado’s KCFR news-talk (3.9).
