DENVER—Colorado Democratic Sen. Michael Bennet says he’ll vote to confirm Elena Kagan to the U.S. Supreme Court, an expected move that follows the confirmation backing of Colorado’s other senator, Democrat Mark Udall.
Bennet said Tuesday that Kagan has “a pragmatic, non-ideological perspective.”
The Senate Judiciary Committee is expected to take up Kagan’s appointment next week.
