LITTLETON — A 22-year-old Littleton man faces up to 10 years in prison and up to $250,000 in fines after pleading guilty in federal court Tuesday to taking a machine gun and other firearms from his employer, a gun shop.
In a plea agreement, Andrew Gunz ner admitted having a cache of weapons and ammunition when he was pulled over by Denver police March 17. He had been using emergency lights and a siren on his Jeep after he left Shotgun Willie’s club in Glendale about 2:30 a.m. He told police that he was a salesman and apprentice at Prairie Arms Manufacturing in Littleton and that he did not have permission to take the weapons.
