Various bicycles believed to have been stolen have recently been recovered in the Edwards area by the Eagle County Sheriff’s office. Many of these thefts have gone unreported, the sheriff said in a news release.

The sheriff is asking anyone who believes they may have been a victim of these thefts to report it.

“Eagle County residents have the right to speak to a deputy and make a report if any crime is committed against them, regardless of their immigration status,” said Sheriff Joe Hoy said in a statement. “We always have and will continue to investigate every crime reported to us to the fullest extent.”
