DETROIT — Police said Monday they are investigating whether a serial-killer suspect targeting African-American men in Flint, Mich., has taken his attacks outside Michigan, with similar stabbings and assaults reported in Leesburg, Va., and Toledo, Ohio.
Police in Leesburg said Monday that three recent attacks there fit the pattern of 13 attacks on Flint-area men — five fatal.
In all three cases, the suspect was described as a stocky white male who was driving a late-model green Chevy Blazer with a cream-color trim.
